Privacy
What this site keeps.
Actium LLC runs actium.dev. This page covers everything the site collects. Effective October 11, 2026.
The contact form
When you send a message, the form collects your name, your email address and your message, plus the country your connection comes from. It all arrives as one email to Dante so he can reply, and the site itself keeps no copy. Your IP address goes only to Cloudflare Turnstile, the check that keeps spam off the form.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and measures how fast pages load. It sets no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites.
Hosting
Cloudflare serves the site and protects it from attacks, so it processes the details of every request, including your IP address, and keeps short-lived logs. The traffic counts on /colophon come from those logs: totals and kinds of visitor, never anything about you.
On your device
The site sets no cookies. If you switch to its light edition, your browser remembers that choice locally. One easter egg keeps a count the same way until you close the tab. Neither leaves your device.
Who else sees it
Only Cloudflare, as above, and the company that hosts Dante's email. Actium doesn't sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to track you across sites. Since the site doesn't track visitors, it treats every visit the same whether or not your browser sends Do Not Track.
